1 Definitions and Introduction

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your balance to ৳2,000, and you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

mostplay regularly runs various promotions. Each promotion has its own terms and specific wagering requirements. A bonus is never considered "free" money — the specified wagering conditions must be met before it becomes withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless the terms state otherwise.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after wagering is complete.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each event for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled accordingly. Odds in live betting are variable — the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.

• There is no possibility of placing a bet after the result is already known.
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts is prohibited.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

mostplay reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other unlawful activity.

7.2 Closure at Member's Own Request

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the mostplay support team. Under the self-exclusion facility, it is also possible to take a break from your account for a set period in accordance with the responsible gaming guidelines.
